构成基础

学习构成设计，主要从抽象形态入手，培养学生们对形的敏感性和创造性，以及逻辑的，抽象的，理性的，多角度的思维能力。构成设计由三大部分组成，即平面构成，立体构成和色彩构成。平面构成是造型的基础，主要是在二维空间中进行；色彩构成是探讨如何利用色彩要素搭配出高审美价值的色彩；立体构成是研究造型与空间的关系，通过各种材料将造型要素按照美的原则组成新立体的过程。在美术设计学院，构成设计课是作为设计基础课程来设置的，除了包括造型设计或设计的入门知识外，还针对造型领域中共同存在的基础性问题进行探讨。

本书在编写中力图体现一下特色：

1.        通俗性。构成是综合某些素材组成一个新的对象，它的写生，装饰等相比，更长于理性因素。它是随着近代工业化生产和近代科学技术的发展而出现的新兴设计观念，是艺术同科学相结合的产物。以往的书本中讲述的构成设计，大都沿用了20世纪初西方的构成主义，理论偏多，偏深，很多知识学生难以理解。本书以中等职业学校的学生学习为基本出发点，将基本理论通俗化，并结合实例，提高学生的学习兴趣，从而提高教学质量。

2.        实用性。学习构成设计的最终目的是将其应用于生活环境的各个领域，如建筑设计，室内设计，广告设计以及舞台美术等，特别是商业美术。通过理论讲述，以及大量的图片范例，使学生经过逐一课题的联系之后，对形象与骨骼的关系处理，色彩的要素及各种配比法，材料的要素及构造等，有一定的理解和掌握，从而使学生既学习了理论知识，又具备了动手的能力。在过去的教学中发现，有些学生只会将课堂中教师布置的作业完成，而不知道将作业如何应用于设计中，本书将引导学生把所学的知识应用于具体设计中。例如，将够成设计用于装潢，印染，纺织，服装，陶瓷及室内环境设计等，既具有针对性，又适应当前经济飞速发展对工艺美术设计人员的要求。

Constitution Basis

  To study constitution design, mainly from the start of the abstract forms, it is a way to train students to shape the sensitivity, creativity, and logical, abstract, rational, multi-angle of thinking ability. Constitution design is mainly devided into three parts as the plane constitution, three-dimensional constitution as well as color constitution. Plane constitution is the basis for modeling, mainly in two-dimensional space. Color constitution is to explore how to use color elements with high aesthetic value of color. Three-dimensional constitution is to examine the relationship between modlings and space, through the process of a variety of materials to form a new modle in accordance with the principle of formation. In the School of Art Design, the design course is designed as a set of basic courses, not noly including the knowledge of the modle design and the entry knowledge of design, but also the discuss on the co-exiting basic problems in the field of modling.

This book is managing to embody the following characteristics:

1,Poularity. Constitution is a new comprehensive image consisted by some materials. Compared with sketching, decoration, it is more rational. It is a new design concept as the result of the development of modern industry and mordern science and techology. Constition is the product of the combination of art and science. The books in the past about the constitution design, mainly follows the early 20th century’s western contitution theory, which is complex and excessive. Therfore, it is difficult for the students to understand. This book is based on the study of secondary vocational school students, simplifying the basic theory with examples, on the purpose of  improving students’ interests. Therfore, the book is woking on the enhancement of teaching quality.

2, Practicality.

The ultimate aim of constitution design is to put kowledge into practice in each field of our living environment, such as architectural design, interior design, advertising design and art arena, particularly in the commercial art field. Through theoretical discription, a large number of picture examples and the explanation of coureses, it can help students understand or master on dealing the relationship between images and structures, color factors and their mixing proportions as well as the material factors and constitutions. Thus, through the study, students could not only master the theorical knowledge but also the practical ability. From the past teaching experience, one may find that some students could only finish the homework that the teacher dilievered, never knowing how to put the homework into concrete design. This book will guide students to put what they’ve learned into practice, for example , to put consititution design into use in decoration, printing and dyeing, textile, garments, ceramics and interior design. It is targeted and adapting to the rapid economic development of industrial art design requirements.
